Job Description
Manage and coordinate the executive’s daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and business activities.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications such as emails, phone calls, and messages in a professional manner.
Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, presentations, and other administrative materials.
Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, transportation, and detailed itineraries for business or personal trips.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating meetings, events, and executive engagements.
Conduct research and gather relevant information to support decision-making and follow-up actions.
Act as a liaison between the executive and internal or external stakeholders.
Ensure confidential and sensitive information is handled with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Monitor important deadlines, reminders, and priority tasks for the executive.
Support administrative follow-up and coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintain organized records, files, and correspondence for easy access and reference.
Perform other executive support duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary, or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Able to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
Proactive, flexible, and willing to take initiative.
Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
