JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage schedule and trave arragements
- Serve as the main liaison between th Manager and Internal Departments (HR, Operations, Site Team, etc.)
- Provide administrative and business support
- Asst with personal tasks and non-business scheduling as needed
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written - a must
- Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Willing to work flexible hours and travel when required
- Valid driver’s license with solid driving experience (required)
