A Property Management in Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Personal Assistant (Part-time, Hybrid, Bali Based)
Responsibilities:
Manage the owner’s personal and professional calendar including scheduling meetings and reminders
Assist with day-to-day administrative and finance-related tasks
Handle contract management and ensure proper documentation
Compile reports and assist in preparing materials for meetings
Attend in-person meetings as required, taking notes and following up on action items
Monitor and manage the owner’s email inbox, ensuring all emails are answered or delegated promptly
Act as a liaison between the owner and internal/external contacts, maintaining professional and timely communication
Conduct research for new projects and business ventures
Assist with setting up company accounts with banks and other institutions
Coordinate with a third-party payroll provider, ensuring the system is ready for approvals
Requirements:
Proven working experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Strong time management and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
Detail-oriented, trustworthy and proactive in managing tasks independently
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under minimal supervision
