MNL Management is the strategic management arm of MGI Investama, a diversified business group operating across multiple industries. We support the Group’s portfolio companies in organizational development, business process improvement, people strategy, and the establishment of scalable and sustainable operating systems. We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team and provide comprehensive support to our Director.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, or in a similar role.
- Previous experience supporting a Founder, CEO, Director, or senior executive is a strong advantage.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, responsive, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Able to work independently, adapt quickly, and remain composed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other communication tools.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable using AI tools to support daily tasks and improve productivity.
- Willing to work flexibly based on the Director’s schedule and business needs.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
- Coordinate and prepare meetings, including agendas, documents, presentations, and other necessary materials.
- Manage emails, correspondence, invitations, and communications with various stakeholders.
- Monitor and follow up on action items, deadlines, and commitments to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in preparing briefings, research, presentations, reports, and other documents required by the Director.
- Coordinate with management, internal teams, clients, business partners, investors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Arrange and coordinate business trips, including flights, accommodation, transportation, itineraries, and meeting schedules.
- Provide administrative and personal support to the Director as required.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of personal, business, client, and company information.
- Proactively anticipate the Director’s needs and provide practical solutions and timely support.
