We are looking for a proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant who will work closely with the Founder, particularly in supporting new projects, research, and external coordination.
Job Description:
- Conduct research for new projects, business ideas, products, and opportunities.
- Search, identify, and shortlist relevant vendors, suppliers, partners, or service providers.
- Contact vendors to gather detailed information such as pricing, MOQ, timeline, capabilities, samples, and terms.
- Compare options and summarize findings clearly to support decision-making.
- Follow up proactively with vendors and external parties until the required information is complete.
- Assist in coordinating and monitoring ongoing projects from initial research to execution.
- Able to explore unfamiliar topics independently and find relevant information without requiring step-by-step instructions.
- Anticipate what additional information or questions may be needed for each project.
- Handle various ad-hoc tasks and special projects directly assigned by the Founder.
