Personal Assistant to Business Owner (Business Development & Special Projects)
Job Description
We are looking for a Personal Assistant whose role goes far beyond handling administrative tasks. You will work directly with the business owner as a trusted partner to develop, execute, and manage new business ideas and special projects outside our core business.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist the business owner in executing new business ideas and projects from concept to implementation.
* Ensure projects continue to move forward and are completed, rather than remaining in the planning stage.
* Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to support project execution.
* Conduct research, gather information, and prepare recommendations to support business decisions.
* Write articles, reports, presentations, and other business content in both Indonesian and/or English.
* Utilize AI tools (such as ChatGPT) and other digital productivity tools to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.
* Occasionally perform field assignments, including inspecting materials or products, attending meetings on behalf of the owner, and coordinating directly with external parties.
* Monitor project timelines, follow up on action items, and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
Please note: This position is not primarily an administrative role. We are looking for someone who can execute ideas, coordinate effectively, solve problems, and turn plans into tangible results.
Requirements
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Management, Communication, Engineering, or related fields are preferred).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both **English and Indonesian**.
* Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, professional business documents and content.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
* Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and other digital productivity platforms.
* Strong organizational, project coordination, and time management skills.
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.
* Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle.
* Willing to travel locally and perform field assignments when required.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in project management, business development, operations, or executive/personal assistance is an advantage.
