We’re looking for an experienced, fast-moving, and tech-savvy Personal Assistant to support our leadership team. This role requires someone who is organized, smart, and always one step ahead — ready to handle everything from scheduling to executive-level presentations.
Job Description:
- Manage calendars, meeting schedules, calls, and travel arrangements
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and meeting documents
- Organize and handle both internal and external communication professionally
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
- Monitor action points, deadlines, and provide timely reminders
- Support daily operations and assist with special projects as needed
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Be available for urgent tasks, even outside standard working hours
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, or similar role
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Skilled in preparing engaging and structured presentations
- Proficient with digital tools: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, communication platforms
- Discreet, detail-oriented, and reliable under pressure
- Presentable, proactive, and professional attitude
- Flexible schedule and ability to respond quickly when needed
- Available to work Monday - Saturday
