POSITION :
(1) Owner Personal Assistant
(Remote / Bali-based)
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support the owner on day-to-day tasks. This is not a complex role, but it requires someone who is highly reliable, organized, and responsive.
You will help keep things on track — from scheduling to follow-ups and simple operational support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage daily schedule and calendar coordination
• Handle follow-ups and basic communication
• Assist with task tracking and organization
• Support simple expense tracking / basic finance tasks
• Ensure things run smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis
REQUIREMENTS:
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proactive with fast response time
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Comfortable handling simple finance / expense tracking (finance background is a plus)
WORKING ARRANGEMENT:
• Remote & flexible
• Preferably based in Bali or similar time zone
• Must be responsive and dependable
