We are looking for a female, organised, tech-savvy Personal Assistant to support daily activities, communication, and administration for YogaFX management. This role requires strong English skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle emails, WhatsApp, and basic correspondence in English
- Assist with follow-ups, coordination, and simple reporting
- Support administrative and operational tasks as needed
- Manage schedules, reminders, and daily priorities
- Prepare documents (Word, Excel, PPT, PDF)
- Help ensure daily workflow runs smoothly
Qualifications
- Female candidate, living in Bali
- Good English communication (spoken & written)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Comfortable with digital tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
- Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude
- Able to use Canva and CapCut for basic design and content tasks
- Tech-savvy, proactive, and reliable
- Previous PA, admin, or office support experience is a plus

- Full-time position
