As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team in the role of Administrative Staff and Personal Assistant. The Administrative Staff and Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting senior management with scheduling and correspondence, and maintaining office organization. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing documents, coordinating meetings, handling communications with internal and external stakeholders, and assisting with general office operations. The ideal candidate will also provide personal support to executives, ensuring that their schedules and needs are efficiently managed. Strong time management and the ability to work independently while collaborating with others are essential for success in this role.
We are looking for a female candidate with a minimum education level of SMA/SMK. Candidates should have between 1 and 3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a solid understanding of administrative processes. Proficiency in English, strong communication skills, and the ability to use Microsoft Office applications are required. Additionally, candidates should possess excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
