Deskripsi pekerjaan Personal Assistant to Project Designer Melandas
Responsibilities:
- Be a support system for CEO for assist in Project / Designer tasks.
- Schedule appointments for business meetings, dining reservations, accommodation reservations, etc.
- Create Business Presentation and conduct presentation to designer.
- Accurately provide the CEO with a variety of administrative support (such as project/designer profile, etc.)Greeting and supporting CEO Designer Database who are visiting for meetings or special occasions
- Other duties as may be delegated by the CEO or team
Requirements:
- Candidate must at least Bachelor (S1) Degree in Secretary / Marketing / Public Relations / Equivalent
- Have a good or representative looks.
- Good Communication skills and presentation skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative, be proactive, adaptable to different tasks, and coordinate effectively and precisely
- Capable of working under pressure and being enthusiastic and confident
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English is mandatory
