Responsibilities:
1. Provide full administrative and personal support to the owner.
2. Manage schedules, correspondence, and appointments, ensuring efficient time management.
3. Oversee personal errands, family matters, and household management, including supervising staff.
4. Organize travel arrangements, including flights, visas, and accommodations.
5. Handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
6. Be available to address ad-hoc tasks, emergencies, and special projects as required.
Requirements :
1. Education Minimum D3 or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields.
2. Experience at least 3 years in a similar role, preferably supporting a business owner or executive.
Skills:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Experience with scheduling, travel arrangements, and digital tools.
4. Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Mandarin.
5. Trustworthy, proactive, adaptable, and resilient under pressure.
