Deskripsi pekerjaan Personal Assistant to BOD PT Pulau Intan Lestari
Job Roles:
• Provide full administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Director (e.g., scheduling meetings, managing calendar, travel arrangements).
• Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents required for meetings and reviews.
• Assist in tracking sales targets, marketing campaigns, and performance KPIs.
• Help coordinate marketing activities and event planning.
• Manage correspondence, screen calls/emails, and prioritize urgent matters.
• Conduct market research and compile information as requested by BOD.
• Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and hard copy) for marketing materials and contracts.
• Support the Director in following up sales leads, client relationships, and key projects.
• Handle confidential information with high discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is a plus).
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office and Google workspace
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently under pressure.
• Positive attitude, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs.
