Deskripsi pekerjaan Personal Assistant to BOD Pinjamkursi
Responsibilities :
- Manage CEO schedule and calendar.
- Maintain electronic and paper records to ensure information is organized and easily accessible.
- Correspondence to internal and external parties.
- Handle administrative tasks for CEO's expenses, insurance, cars, working permit, etc.
- Handle the CEO’s daily personal-related request.
- Handle personal and family matters such as insurance, education, travel arrangements, and medical appointments.
- Driving vehicles, both motorcycles and cars
- Support functions and departments to seek approval from the CEO.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Experienced as a Personal Assistant for at least 2 years.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and time management skills.
- Tech-savvy and acquainted with office management procedures.
- Content creation skills would be a plus point.
- Possess a valid Class A and C driver's license
