Personal Assistant / Right-Hand - Bali

Dervish Valley Bali is a boutique hospitality and wellness project in Ubud, and is looking for a dedicated female Personal Assistant / Right-Hand person to support me across both the business and my personal day-to-day responsibilities.

What We're Looking For

• Female candidate, preferably Balinese or originally from Bali, with strong local knowledge, connections and a good understanding of how things work here.
• Proactive, smart, resourceful, trustworthy and extremely organised.
• Takes ownership, follows things through and finds solutions without constant direction.
• Strong hospitality experience, ideally in boutique hotels, villas or directly supporting an owner/founder.

Hospitality & Operations

She should have experience with:

• PMS and hospitality management systems.
• Cloudbeds or similar platforms.
• Airbnb, Booking.com and other OTAs.
• Channel management.
• Reservations, rates, availability and calendar management.
• Guest communication and booking administration.
• Basic reporting and operational follow-up.
• Coordination between reservations, housekeeping, maintenance and other operational teams.
