Job Requirements:
- Female/Male, max 25 yo
- Minimum education of Bachelor of Marketing/ Communication/ Public Relations or equivalent
- Responsive, reachable, and able to execute plans in a fast and efficient manners
- Must demonstrate a can-do attitude.
- Eager to explore and learn new things
- Excellent time management skills, responsible, and details-oriented
- Self-motivated, sociable, and possess an excellent communication skills
- Proficient skills in operating Microsoft Office, and Canva
- Proficient in English, especially in writing and reading
- Social media and market place savvy, well-updated with the current market situation, and social media-based KOL
- Excel in copywriting and storytelling (both Indonesian and English) is a major plus point
Job Descriptions:
- Assisting Marketing Director (or other members) on the on-going tasks or projects
- Working together with Marketing Director in brainstorming, developing, and executing marketing strategy or new business development
- Assist in hiring suitable talents for the company, recruitment, and onboarding process
- Joining meetings or webinars, and making MOM on behalf of the Marketing Director
- Managing database and filing system
- Personal Assistant for the Business Development & Marketing Director, a good opportunity to learn a lot about Business Development, Digital Marketing, and Human Resource Develompment.
