Deskripsi pekerjaan Personal Assistant - Owner PT Mica Jaya Pratama

This position is suitable for you who like dynamic work, love to learn while working, and work closely with great mentor.

Job Desc:

  • Work closely to owners to ensure owners' schedule is on track
  • Arrange and remind owner schedule and take minutes in meetings
  • Doing secretary and administrative work to support owner
  • Able to do calculation and computer litelarate
  • Help owner to follow up cases or project update with other staff
  • Help staff to reach owner, especially in urgent matter
  • Discuss partner with Owner for cases, project, or even new ideas

Qualification:

  • F, 20-35yo
  • Min. Diploma / Bacheor in any major.
  • Have experience as Personal Assistant is preferred
  • Honest, Loyal, Cheerful, Active
  • Willing to work at North Jakarta (PIK and around) and mobile to Bandung (not stay)
