Qualifications
1. At least a high school graduate or a Bachelor's degree
2. Female only
3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
4. Proficient in speaking, reading, writing, typing and listening to Chinese (Mandarin preferred)
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) and familiar with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Meet, GDrive and others)
6. Able to work in a team
7. Good organizational and time management skills
8. Honest, Conscientious and Organized
9. Detailed-oriented in work
10. Placement in Soho Capital, West Jakarta
Job Description
1. Prepare files and documents required for meetings
2. Receive and reply to emails that are directly related to management work
3. Prepare reports required by management
4. Properly carry out other delegated tasks
5. Translate Mandarin-Indonesian, Indonesian - Mandarin (both orally and in writing)
6. Able to handle multiple tasks at a time with tight deadlines
7. Assist meetings translation in verbal and written (Indonesian, Mandarin)
8. As personal assistant and Chinese translator with all office staff
