Personal Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)
Location: Office Tower Area Senayan, Jakarta (Full WFO)

Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to Directors and senior management.
• Manage executives' calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements (domestic and international).
• Coordinate business meetings, prepare meeting agendas, record Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and follow up on action items.
• Act as the primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, business partners, and government institutions.
• Translate and interpret conversations, meetings, emails, and business documents between Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Prepare business correspondence, presentations, reports, proposals, and other confidential documents.
• Assist executives in coordinating strategic business initiatives, projects, and cross-functional activities.
• Organize and maintain confidential records, contracts, and corporate documents with a high level of accuracy.
• Coordinate travel logistics, visa applications, accommodation, transportation, and expense reporting.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Support communication and coordination with overseas partners, particularly Chinese companies and investors.
• Monitor deadlines, prioritize executive tasks, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Assist in organizing corporate events, business visits, and executive meetings.
• Perform other executive support duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Communication, International Relations, Chinese Literature, or related fields.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Secretary, or similar role.
• Experience supporting C-Level Executives, Directors, or Senior Management is preferred.
• Experience working in the Renewable Energy, Energy, EPC, Construction, Manufacturing, or Multinational Company is an advantage.
• Male or Female (Male candidates are preferred).
• Willing to work Full Work From Office (WFO) in Office Tower Area Senayan, Jakarta.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally if required.

• Fluent in Mandarin (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) — Mandatory.
• Professional proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent presentation and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong administrative and executive support capabilities.

• Ability to translate business conversations and documents accurately.
• Familiarity with business etiquette when dealing with executives, government officials, and international business partners.
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications
• HSK Level 5 or HSK Level 6 certification is highly preferred.
• Experience working with Chinese executives, investors, or multinational companies.
• Familiarity with renewable energy projects, government relations, or corporate business operations.
• Possesses a valid passport and is available for international business travel when required.
• Experience coordinating with government agencies, business partners, or international stakeholders will be a strong advantage.
