🎯 What you'll do

Manage his calendar, meetings and daily schedule

Join him on construction sites, building projects and supplier meetings

Follow up with contractors, workers and suppliers – loudly and clearly – so things get done

Handle travel, logistics, errands and admin

Support projects with documents, quotes and coordination

🙌 Who you are

Male, 18 to 26 years old

A strong, clear, confident voice – you never whisper

Absolutely not shy – you speak up, ask questions and hold your ground

Tough and hands-on – comfortable on busy construction sites in the Bali sun

Good English and Bahasa Indonesia

Organised, reliable and fast – you never drop the ball

Own transport and a valid driving licence are a plus

Interest in construction, building or property is a big plus
