Job Description :
- Coordinate projects, checking deadlines, monitor progress
- Order and manage purchases, payments from vendors
- Administrative tasks, organise meetings and minutes of meeting
- Managing database & filing systems
- Conducting research on behalf of manager and writing technical guidelines.
Requirements :
- Tech-Savvy (Familiar with tools ex. Airtable, Trello, Notion. Ms Office, Google Suite)
