Personal Assistant Chief Accountant - Bali Management Villas
Job Description:
• Respond to emails from clients and villa owners promptly, clearly, and professionally in English.
• Draft, proofread, and edit emails to ensure correct grammar, tone, and clarity.
• Coordinate with internal departments to provide accurate information and follow-ups.
• Maintain proper records of email correspondence and client communications.
• Support the Chief Accounting with administrative tasks as needed.
• Uphold professionalism and a positive attitude in all communications and interactions.
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in administrative support, personal assistant, or client service role.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), with strong grammar and vocabulary.
• Skilled in drafting professional emails and documents.
• Strong coordination and teamwork skills; able to liaise effectively with multiple departments.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Professional, positive attitude, and customer-oriented.
