Haquhara is a beauty company who provides products that embody professionalism and innovation for all Makeup Artists and Beauty Enthusiasts. We are looking for a strong-willed, fast-paced, and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our C-Level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage C-Level’s office administration, scheduling, reminders, and simple daily documentation.
- Communicate with internal and external parties on behalf of the User in a clear and timely manner.
- Handle personal matters such as family needs, health appointments, travel arrangements, and daily errands.
- Coordinate household operations, including drivers, house assistants, and support staff.
- Ensure household needs such as shopping, maintenance, logistics, and daily operations run smoothly.
- Manage personal financial records and ensure all documentation is organized and accurate.
