Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in creating, formatting, and editing documents, presentations, and reports.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including room setup and technology arrangements.
- Support data entry tasks and maintain accurate databases.
- Assist in basic data analysis and report preparation.
- Draft, edit, and proofread communications, emails, and other materials.
- Handle phone calls and messages in a professional manner.
- Help in making travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Assist in coordinating tasks and projects between departments or team members.
Requirements :
- Final year students / Diploma degree graduates in Secretary, Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with others.
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Basic understanding of administrative procedures and office protocols.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks.
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team's success.
