Personal Assistant Admin

Job Summary
RO3ST COFFEE is a specialty coffee shop dedicated to providing a unique and high-quality coffee experience in a cozy, modern setting.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant Admin to provide direct support to the Director. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. You will play a key role in supporting executive activities, facilitating communication, and ensuring well-structured workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative and personal support to management & Director
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth operations
- Manage schedules, documents, reports, and data organization for Director
- Support basic accounting tasks and financial documentation when required from Director
- Assist in content preparation for social media and presentations (Canva, etc.)
- Maintain and update data using Google Sheets and other tools
- Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and well-organized manner
Requirements
- Background in Management, Administration, or Team Leadership
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English is required)
- Experience working closely with management or executives
- Confident in handling and coordinating with team
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
- Familiar with Google Sheets, Canva, and social media platforms
- Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage
- Able to drive is a plus
