Personal Assistant (Full-Time)
Requirements
* Experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role is a plus.
* Strong execution skills and ability to follow through on tasks until completion.
* Good organizational and time management skills.
* Detail-oriented and able to solve problems independently.
* Able to manage multiple priorities and support both personal and business-related matters.
* Responsible, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and responsive when urgent matters arise.
* Comfortable using spreadsheets, Canva, and AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
* Having and being able to use a personal vehicle is a plus.
* Willing to work primarily in PIK and Kebon Jeruk, with occasional travel to other work locations as needed.
