Job Description
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and important engagements.
- Serve as a key contact person between the executive and colleagues, clients, or external partners.
- Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily priorities efficiently.
- Handle communication on behalf of the executive, including emails, calls, and messages.
- Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and other materials required by the executive.
- Arrange business and personal travel needs, including bookings, itineraries, and logistical support.
- Conduct research and gather information relevant to the executive’s needs and decisions.
- Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive documents, conversations, and business matters.
- Track pending matters, follow up on action items, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Support daily administrative and personal coordination tasks for the executive.
- Keep records and files well-organized for efficient reference.
- Carry out other support duties as needed to assist the executive effectively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar support role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and common office tools.
- Able to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities.
- Highly trustworthy with strong integrity and discretion.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to anticipate needs.
- Flexible and adaptable in handling both business and personal support tasks.
- Available for immediate joining.
