We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who thrives on data, experimentation, and optimization. You'll own end-to-end paid campaigns, uncover insights that drive revenue, and collaborate across teams to scale business growth.
Job Description :
1. Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, primarily on Meta Ads (Google Ads and TikTok Ads are a plus).
2. Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including audience targeting, budget allocation, monitoring, and reporting.
3. Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic insights to improve ROAS, conversions, and product sales.
4. Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to align campaign strategies with business goals and revenue targets.
5. Develop creative briefs and work closely with creative teams to produce high-performing ad creatives.
6. Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns based on data and performance insights.
7. Prepare performance reports and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
8. Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Job Qualifications :
1. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Media.
2. Proven hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns; familiar with Google Ads, TikTok Ads and other ad platforms.
3. Proven track record of optimizing campaigns to achieve a minimum ROAS of 5x.
4. Strong analytical skills to track and improve campaign performance.
5. Basic knowledge of SEO and marketing funnels.
6. Ability to manage budgets and optimize spending.
7. Creative mindset to make engaging ads.
8. Good communication and teamwork skills.
