We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing specialist to join the Eze Nails team! In this role, you will drive our growth by planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns to hit our business targets and scale our brand presence.
Job Description:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and marketplace ads (Shopee, Tokopedia) to achieve ROAS, CPA, and MER targets.
- Analyze full-funnel performance, conduct market and competitor research, and recommend channel priorities, budget allocation, and growth opportunities.
- Develop messaging frameworks, including core messages, proof points, tone of voice, and communication guidelines.
- Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing on creatives, hooks, audiences, and landing pages, and scale strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing plans, performance reports, KPI evaluations, and budget proposals for Marketing Manager approval, while providing actionable insights to relevant teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in performance marketing or a related role.
- Proven track record in managing and scaling paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and marketplaces (Shopee/Tokopedia).
- Strong analytical skills with deep proficiency in data-driven decision-making, full-funnel optimization, and A/B testing.
- Excellent strategic planning, budget management, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Available for Hybrid Work in Jakarta Barat.
