Job Descriptions:
- Create, maintain, monitor and optimize performance marketing campaign on our digital channels (Google Ads, META Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Collaborate and working closely with digital marketing team to achieve objectives
- Doing experiments with creative, audience data, platform, placement, content, or topic
- Generate new ideas and initiatives for new digital campaign
- Assist to manage digital budget and ensure we are allocating spend optimally accross digital channels and marketing funnels
- Identify optimization opportunities using data
- Create the campaign structure
Qualifications:
- Min. 2 years experience in performance marketing
- Experience with Beauty products are preffered
