ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Performance Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Shopee Ads, and TikTok Ads to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for the Functional Food and Skincare business lines. Daily activities include analyzing campaign performance data, conducting A/B tests, managing targeting and bids, and collaborating with brand, product, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
The specialist will also monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities and refine targeting strategies. Reporting on campaign results, generating insights, and recommending actionable improvements are key parts of this position.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal teams
- Market research and marketing strategy skills to analyze trends, understand target audiences, and develop data-driven performance marketing plans
- Understanding of conversion funnels and revenue targets to align campaigns with business goals
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing, particularly paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Meta Ads), and display advertising
- Experience managing Shopee Ads and/or TikTok Ads for consumer/e-commerce products
- Analytical skills, including familiarity with web analytics tools, campaign dashboards, and basic data analysis for optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in consumer or health-related industries, and familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and marketing automation tools are beneficial
