As part of our efforts to improve the execution and optimization of paid digital campaigns, we are opening an opportunity for a Performance Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for Campaign Operations (Paid Media & Optimization).
Requirements:
Must-have
1. Minimal 1–3+ years hands-on experience managing Meta Ads + Google Ads
2. Strong understanding of performance funnel metrics and optimization levers.
3. Excellent reporting discipline and attention to detail.
4. Clear communication and ownership mindset.
Nice-to-have
1. Experience managing large budgets and multiple campaigns in parallel.
2. GA4/GTM/Looker Studio familiarity.
3. Exposure to TikTok Ads/programmatic is a plus.
Job Descriptions:
1) Campaign Setup & Launch
- Build end-to-end campaign structure: objectives, budgets, audiences, placements, bidding strategy, and creative rotation.
- Set up Meta Business Manager: ad accounts, pixel/events, domain verification, (basic) CAPI if needed.
- Set up Google Ads: Search/Display/YouTube (when relevant), conversion tracking, keyword/ad group structure.
- Apply naming conventions, UTM standards, and campaign documentation.
- Coordinate with Creative for asset requirements (ratios, safe area, specs) and copy variations.
2) Daily/Weekly Optimization
- Monitor pacing and delivery daily; troubleshoot issues (learning limitation, disapprovals, overspend, delivery drop). - Optimize audiences, creatives, placements, bidding, and budget allocation based on data.
- Run structured A/B tests (hypothesis → test → outcome → next action).
- Manage ad fatigue and maintain efficiency.
3) Tracking & Measurement
- Ensure tracking integrity across platforms (Pixel/CAPI basics, GA4 reading,IAS, UTM discipline).
- Validate conversion signals; investigate discrepancies between platform data and analytics.
- Maintain dashboards/reporting (daily/weekly/monthly) and performance logs.
4) Reporting & Insights
- Deliver actionable reporting: what happened, why it happened, and next actions.
- Provide insights to Campaign Strategy on audience behavior, creative performance, funnel bottlenecks.
5) Governance & SOP
- Maintain platform policy compliance and brand safety.
- Build and maintain operational checklists/SOPs for launch and optimization.
- Coordinate with Finance (if applicable) for spend documentation/invoicing support.
Focus: hands-on execution and optimization of Meta Ads, Google Ads, tracking integrity, and performance reporting.
Primary goal: ensure campaigns are launched cleanly, optimized continuously, and deliver efficient outcomes (CPA/ROAS/CPL) with strong operational discipline.
Tools: Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, GA4 (at least reading), Google Sheets/Excel, Looker Studio (optional), GTM (optional).
