Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Marketplace Ads.
- Monitor ad performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad placements.
- Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize results while minimizing costs.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior to refine targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad content.
- Generate reports and insights to improve campaign performance and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Have expirence working in agencies or related industry is preferable
- Minimum 1 year of experience in paid ads or performance marketing.
- Experience working in a fashion or beauty brand is required.
- Completed a bootcamp or training in performance marketing, digital ads, or related fields.
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and mathematical reasoning skills.
- Proficiency in running and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Marketplace Ads.
- Ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and optimize ad performance.
- Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
