Performance Marketing Specialist / Meta & Google Ads
We are looking for an in-house Performance Marketing Specialist to manage 5 company projects, including motorbike rentals, buggy rentals, Bali activities, hospitality businesses and other directions.
Work format: remote / partially office-based in Bali
Salary: from IDR 10–12 million, depending on experience and results
Responsibilities:
— Launch, manage and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads and Google Ads
— Test audiences, offers, hypotheses and creatives
— Track and optimize CPL / CPA / ROAS
— Identify and scale high-performing campaigns
— Manage paid acquisition across 5 projects simultaneously
Requirements:
— Experience working with international markets
— Experience managing multiple projects at the same time
— Strong Meta Ads and Google Ads skills
— Solid understanding of performance marketing and analytics
— Good English
