Role Summary
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to generate qualified B2B leads and increase brand awareness. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting on paid advertising campaigns that drive measurable business growth.
Candidates with experience marketing K3 training, professional training providers, certification services, education, consulting, or other B2B service industries are strongly preferred. Familiarity with the K3 market, business audiences, and lead generation for training programs will be a significant advantage.
