Job Description:
1. Develop and execute paid marketing strategies across TikTok/Tokopedia, Shopee, Meta
2. Manage budget allocation, bidding strategies, ad placement, creatives, audiences, and copywriting
3. Monitor & optimize ads for marketplace channels (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop)
4. Improve cost-per-conversion, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate
5. Collaborate with e-commerce team for PDP optimization, promo strategy, and campaign events
6. Analyze campaign performance daily, weekly, monthly
7. Create dashboards and performance insights reports
8. Monitor CAC, ROAS, GMV contribution, cost-to-sales ratio, CTR, CPM, CPC
9. Conduct competitor and industry benchmarks
10. Work with content team for ad-creative testing (UGC, product videos, hooks, thumbnails)
11. Collaborate with design team to develop compelling ad materials
12. Manage TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Shopee/Tokopedia Ads
13. Use analytics tools: Google Analytics, Data Studio/Looker, Ads dashboards
14. Coordinate with TikTok Shop Affiliate & Shopee Affiliate programs
15. Implement audience segmentation & retargeting strategy
16. Optimize funnel
17. Recommend new channels & experiment with performance marketing innovations
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field
2. Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing / performance marketing role
3. Experience in e-commerce or fast-moving D2C brand preferred (home living / stationery is a plus)
4. Proven track record managing TikTok Ads & Meta Ads
5. Marketplace Ads (Shopee/Tokopedia) experience preferred
6. Understanding of paid media metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, AOV, conversion rate)
7. Excel/Google Sheets for performance analysis
8. Basic knowledge of tracking pixels, attribution, UTMs
9. Data-driven decision-making mindset
10. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
11. Creative thinking & understanding of content trends (especially Gen-Z & TikTok culture)
12. Proactive, agile, fast-execution mindset
13. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
