- Providing growth strategy for our clients and communicating insights to the management team, including the nurture strategy, media and channel plan based on the client's budget available for the strategy.
- Conducting research such as user testing and surveys to find out the needs and wants of the target audience.
- Managing paid ad campaigns across search, display, social and retargeting networks by conducting extensive keyword research, analysis and testing of keyword performance
- Ensuring successful campaigns to deliver the best return on investment, using data to identify channel optimization and growth opportunities, surfacing dependencies and blockers to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Conducting day-to-day management and implementation of the automated program/campaign process from asset creation to email testing and deployment.
- Evaluating performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess them based on ROIs and KPIs
- Working closely with ad network partners to develop and execute on channel strategies and to capitalize on latest channel technology.
- Identifying replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive growth.
- Testing different value propositions and messages, building and running A/B tests across different channels to find the best angle to introduce our product for each target group
- Lead, motivate, and mentor junior staff to achieve the best results for the projects and create a high performance culture within the team.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in a key marketing position, preferably in digital agency.
- Portray a passion and exceptional analytical skills and demonstrate a fluency in acquisition of metrics, being able to evaluate and orchestrate large campaigns spanning numerous marketing channels.
- Demonstrate proficiency in optimizing and executing SEM, PPC as well as Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, and Display Advertising.
- Capable of determining key metrics, constantly reducing operational costs, and measuring the success of performance strategies.
- Able to use consumer insights and human psychology to come up with and develop creative marketing acquisition tactics that can be applied throughout the department.
- Have experience with marketing tools such as Semrush, Hubspot, Appsflyer and/or other similar tools within the growth stack
- Must also be a strong communicator both in verbal and written form of English.
- Highly adaptable and has an ability to learn quickly and come up with prompt solutions for marketing campaigns and programs.
- Strongly motivated to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with global clients.
- Eager to take on ownership and responsibilities, with a sense of commitment to delivering tasks and projects within deadlines and with the highest level of quality.
- Ability to identify and proactively communicate issues, areas of improvement, and to provide status updates.
