1. Strategy & Ownership
- Own the full performance marketing strategy across TikTok, Meta, Google Ads, and commerce-focused channels.
- Translate business objectives into scalable acquisition and revenue growth plans.
- Define KPIs, success benchmarks, and optimization frameworks across channels.
- Take full accountability for performance results (ROAS, CPA, revenue, efficiency).
2. Execution & Optimization
- Oversee and refine campaign structures, targeting, creatives, and budgets.
- Lead experiments: A/B testing, audience expansion, funnel optimization, and scaling.
- Optimize campaigns not just for traffic but also for commerce metrics (GMV, CVR, AOV).
- Identify performance gaps and proactively adjust based on data insights.
- Ensure budgets are allocated efficiently to maximize returns and growth.
3. Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor performance daily, weekly, and monthly with clear, actionable insights.
- Build and maintain structured reports that link campaign data to business results.
- Communicate performance stories clearly to stakeholders—beyond just numbers.
4. Leadership & Mentorship
- Serve as a subject-matter lead for performance marketing within the team.
- Mentor and guide junior performance marketers or collaborators (if applicable).
- Set best practices, frameworks, and standards for paid media execution.
