Freelance Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist – Gravity Bali
Gravity Bali is looking for an experienced Freelance Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to help us generate qualified leads and increase enquiries from villa owners interested in professional villa management and marketing.
We are a boutique villa management and marketing company based in Bali, working with high-end private villas.
Your Role
You will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimising our digital advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on lead generation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Creating and testing different audiences, campaigns, and creatives
- Setting up Lead Generation campaigns and forms
- Connecting lead forms directly to our CRM
- Setting up automated lead notifications and/or follow-ups where possible
- Ensuring leads are correctly recorded and tracked in the CRM
- Setting up and checking conversion tracking and Meta Pixel
- Monitoring campaign performance, CPL, and lead quality
- Optimising campaigns based on results
- Providing clear monthly or bi-weekly performance report
- Advising Gravity on improvements to our lead generation funnel
The Objective
Our main goal is to generate qualified enquiries from villa owners and investors who are looking for professional villa management and marketing services in Bali.
We are looking for someone who understands that generating leads is not enough — we need quality leads that can be followed up and converted into potential clients.
You Should Have
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager / Meta Business Suite
- Experience with lead generation campaigns
- Experience connecting advertising platforms with CRMs
- Good understanding of tracking, pixels, and conversions
- Experience with landing pages and/or online forms
- Ability to analyse campaign data and optimise performance
- Good English communication skills
- Experience in hospitality, real estate, or luxury travel is a plus
Freelance / Flexible
This is a freelance position, with the possibility of an ongoing collaboration if the results are positive.
You will work closely with the Gravity management and marketing team.
