🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Paid Ads Optimization: Set up, manage, and scale high-performing ad campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Shopee Ads.
- Performance Analytics: Track and analyze key metrics, including ROAS, CPA/CAC, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rates to continuously optimize spend.
- Marketplace & E-Commerce Operations: Drive growth and optimize store presence across Shopee and TikTok Shop.
- Commercial Strategy & Activations: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional offers, and commercial activations to meet revenue goals.
- Affiliate Marketing: Manage and build relationships with affiliate partners to maximize channel performance.
- Revenue Tracking: Monitor GMV, total revenue, AOV (Average Order Value), and individual product performance.
- Reporting & Strategy: Build comprehensive performance reports and translate data into actionable growth strategies.
🎯 What We Are Looking For (Preferred Qualifications)
- Proven experience in Performance Marketing or E-Commerce Operations.
- Hands-on proficiency with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Shopee Ads platforms.
- Strong data-driven and analytical mindset with deep knowledge of e-commerce sales funnels and conversion optimization.
- Results-oriented mindset, comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership over projects and results.
