Performance Marketing & E-commerce Growth Specialist
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant channels to drive profitable traffic and revenue growth.
2. Manage and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns across platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and Lazada, with a focus on improving product visibility, conversion, and sales.
3. Monitor campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, and make data-driven decisions based on key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPC, CPM, CTR, CVR, AOV, GMV, and cost efficiency.
4. Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize returns and maintain healthy spending efficiency.
5. Identify winning and underperforming campaigns, audiences, creatives, and products, then recommend clear next actions to scale, optimize, pause, or restructure campaigns.
6. Work closely with the internal team to develop strong creative briefs, promotional angles, and campaign ideas that improve ad performance and conversion.
7. Analyze product performance, campaign trends, seasonal demand, competitor activity, and market behavior to uncover growth opportunities.
8. Support growth through both external traffic channels and marketplace channels, ensuring campaigns are aligned with the actual buying journey across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and WhatsApp.
9. Prepare clear and actionable weekly and monthly reports covering ad spend, revenue, ROAS, CAC, top-performing products, underperforming campaigns, insights, and recommended action plans.
10. Ensure every campaign contributes to measurable business growth and not just vanity metrics such as reach, impressions, or engagement.
Requirements
1. Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid media, or e-commerce growth.
2. Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads is mandatory.
3. Strong understanding of Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads, TikTok Shop Ads, and marketplace growth mechanics is mandatory.
4. Strong understanding of performance metrics including: ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPC, CPM, CTR, CVR, AOV, GMV, and cost-to-sales ratio.
5. Able to analyze campaign performance deeply and explain whether results are driven by:
- creative quality
- audience targeting
- offer/promotion
- product selection
- conversion flow
- marketplace conditions
6. Experienced in testing, scaling, and optimizing campaigns based on actual business results.
7. Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and confidence in making data-driven decisions.
8. Comfortable working in a fast-moving, target-driven environment with clear revenue accountability.
9. Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel for performance reporting and analysis.
