Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other paid media channels.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Check Potentials of online marketing that could be implement in team.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation to achieve business goals.
- Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to develop impactful ad creatives and landing pages.
- Design and execute A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, and campaign targeting to optimize performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in digital advertising.
- Proven success in managing multi-channel ad campaigns with measurable results.
- Proficiency with Instagram Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
