Oversee Performance Review Systems: Manage and enhance performance management systems (such as annual reviews, 360-degree feedback, etc.) to assess employees' contributions, achievements, and growth.
Provide Coaching & Feedback: Offer support to managers in giving constructive feedback to employees and help employees with personal development plans.
Identify High Performers & Potential Leaders: Identify key talent and assist in planning their career development and succession within the company.
Set Performance Metrics & KPIs: Work with leaders to establish clear, measurable performance goals for employees that align with business objectives.
Monitor Employee Performance: Ensure the performance evaluations are consistent, objective, and in line with company goals.
