Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to create and analyze job analysis for VIVA Apotek Employees.
- Maintain performance appraisal end-to-end process.
- Create and update organization structure.
- Analyze job and responsibilities in order to set ideal role for each job titles.
- Communicate with users about the job role analysis.
- Support VIVA Apotek internal event program.
Job Descriptions:
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or related major.
- Experience in related fields would be a plus.
- Excellent in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Eager to learn and proactive.
- Have strong analytical thinking and critical thinking.
- Fluent in English.

Willing to work in Sudirman, South Jakarta.
