Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other ad platforms.
• Develop simple landing page and website (no coding needed).
• Familiar with OrderOnline, Berdu, Lynk, and other online selling platform.
• Develop and test ad creatives in collaboration with design and content teams.
• Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
• Conduct A/B testing and apply data insights to continually improve performance.
• Manage ad budgets and ensure spend efficiency aligned with business goals.
• Identify growth opportunities in new platforms or markets.
• Work closely with analytics, content, and product teams to align on KPIs and user acquisition/retention strategies.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Qualifications:
• 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in paid ads.
• Proven track record managing performance ad campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other ad platforms.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio).
• Comfortable working with budgets of varying sizes, optimizing for efficiency.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
• Be able to analyze the best digital consumer journey needed and make changes to achieve it.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo).
• Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or mobile apps is a bonus.
