SCRB is a growing fashion and healthcare apparel company dedicated to providing high-quality medical scrubs for healthcare professionals across Asia. We are looking for a proactive and highly organized People Operations Officer to support our internal operations, employee administration, and cross-functional coordination.
Job Responsibilities
* Manage employee administration, including contracts, employee records, and supporting documents.
* Monitor employee-related needs and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Coordinate and follow up on tasks across departments to ensure timely execution.
* Prepare, organize, and schedule monthly operational reports and meetings.
* Assist management in monitoring daily operational activities and team performance.
* Maintain accurate documentation and internal records.
* Support HR and operational improvement initiatives as assigned.
* Report directly to management and provide updates on ongoing projects and priorities.
Requirements
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant internship or organizational experience is a plus.
* Strong organizational and administrative skills.
* Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
* Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar) and Microsoft Office.
* High sense of ownership, accountability, and professionalism.
