Deskripsi pekerjaan People Operations Associate - Bandung Lalamove Indonesia
- Recruitment: manage and drive a full recruitment cycle for successfully recruit high-caliber candidates; help initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting strategy
- Employment engagement: execute company events
- People management: manage the complete onboarding and offboarding process including the administrative work
- Assist in all-around office administration including but not limited to procurement of office equipment and supplies
- Bachelor's degree holder in Psychology, management, or related major
- Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Courage to take initiative
- Excellent attention to detail, reliable and well-organized
- Able to prioritize, work independently, and manage time effectively
- Strong representation of Lalamove’s core values: Passion, Grit, Humility & Execution
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and GA, preferably from a start-up company
- Advanced MS Office skills and familiar with Google Workspace
- Fluent in English is a must
