Requirements:
- Student or fresh graduate (Psychology or Management preferable)
- Strong interest and motivation to build a career in the HR field
- Have good capacity to support Human Capital activities (Analysis Job, end to end recruitment, training and development, payroll, etc)
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to manage data effectively
- Willing to commit to an internship program for a minimum of 3-6 months (UNPAID)
Jobdesc :
- Assist in managing company documents, including filing and organizing records.
- Support the recording of daily financial transactions.
- Prepare and compile monthly and annual financial reports.
- Assist in managing the company’s cash flow.
- Prepare documents for payments and receipts.
- Support financial analysis and budget preparation.
