What Will You Do?
As a People Generalist, you'll help create a better everyday work experience for our team by ensuring their needs are well supported and daily operations run smoothly.
- People Administration & Support: Manage employee records, documents, benefits, and HR compliance while ensuring smooth administrative support throughout the employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Employee Engagement & Experience: Bring PAI's culture to life by organizing internal events, engagement activities, and CSR programs that help our team stay connected.
- Workplace & Operational Support: Take care of daily workplace needs, including facilities, procurement, assets, employee travel, and guest visits, while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
- Budget & Expense Monitoring: Manage the administration and documentation of operational expenses, monitor actual spending against approved budgets, and work with POD and Finance to ensure expenses are properly tracked and followed up.
- Process & System Improvement: Find smarter ways to simplify daily tasks, improve workflows, and make our internal operations more effective and efficient.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Have a background in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Ideally have 2 years of experience in People Generalist, HR Operations, or HRGA roles, but fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are more than welcome to apply!
- People-oriented & Communicative: Enjoy connecting with people, listening to different perspectives, and building positive relationships through genuine communication.
- Humble & Adaptable: Open to feedback, eager to learn, and comfortable adjusting to new situations and changing priorities.
