- Develops and drives the employee engagement program
- Builds a content and social media strategy to support employer brand.
- Support roll-out of employee survey ensuring sufficient communication to managers and employees and accessibility/availability of reporting.
- Manages internal communication programs
- Supports HR on communicating significant organizational changes.
- Oversees certain employee initiatives such as newsletters, onboarding sessions, etc
- Acts as a creative and strategic thinker, capable of consulting with leaders to develop and implement communications strategies across various media including traditional and social media.
- Active member of the HR community and offers support and shares best practices on Engagement and Culture activities.
- Renewed content posted online (internally and externally)
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Human Resource or a related field required
- Final year student or Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Hands on in social media.
- Strong management, strategic planning and goal setting.
- Ability to show visual communications and writing samples across a variety of communications channels
- Ability to make an immediate impact as a strategic counselor of the team.
- Fluent in English
- Excellent visual, oral and written communication skills required.
- Participation in communication industry events and associations.
